If you work 30+ hours per week, after 60 calendar days of employment, you are eligible for benefits with the Glenner Centers. Unless you have a qualifying event, you are eligible to make changes to your benefits once per year during open enrollment in December.

Our Dental insurance is with Humana (underwritten by Liberty Dental Plan of California).

Our Supplemental Life is with Colonial Life Insurance.

Our 401(K) Plan is through ADP. After 60 days of employment, you will receive an enrollment packet in the mail. Included in your packet will be instructions on how to enroll in the 401(K) Plan. In the meantime, you can also view the information by clicking on the links below. After one year of service, the Glenner Centers will match a percentage of your contribution according to the chart below. (Maximum employer contribution is $5,000 per year.)

What happens to my insurance if I leave the Glenner Centers?
