The Glenner Centers is proud to offer our employees multiple benefits. If you work 30+ hours per week, after 60 calendar days of employment, you are eligible for benefits. Unless you have a qualifying event, you are eligible to enroll or make changes to your benefits once per year during open enrollment in November*.

*Open Enrollment is November 1st – November 30th each year. Please note that any benefits an employee enrolls in or changes during open enrollment will be effective on December 1st and any applicable payroll deductions will begin in the month of December during scheduled payroll dates. Please contact your supervisor for any questions.

INSURANCE BENEFITS

Our Medical insurance is with Sharp Healthcare.

Our Dental insurance is with Humana (underwritten by Liberty Dental Plan of California).

Effective 12/1/2024, we are proud to offer an additional insurance benefit option with MediExcel Health Plan.

Our Supplemental Life is with Colonial Life Insurance.

401(K)

Our 401(K) Plan is through ADP. After 60 days of employment, you will receive an enrollment packet in the mail. Included in your packet will be instructions on how to enroll in the 401(K) Plan. In the meantime, you can also view the information by clicking on the links below. After one year of service, the Glenner Centers will match a percentage of your contribution according to the chart below. (Maximum employer contribution is $5,000 per year.)

What happens to my insurance if I leave the Glenner Centers?

You are eligible to continue your benefits through the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). Contact the Glenner Centers’ Human Resources Department for details: fmoscoso@glenner.org.

Can I make changes to my insurance if I get married or have a baby?
